Paige Watts
With over 29 years in education, I partner with schools and districts to transform classrooms into active, engaging learning environments where all students are thinking, participating, and growing.
I have worked across elementary, middle, and high school settings, teaching Native Spanish, Advanced Spanish, Dual Language, and English Language Learner students. Through this experience, I bring practical, classroom-tested strategies that support teachers and help schools achieve greater success.
I am the founder of The Translation Academy, a program paving the way for bilingual students to use their language skills to enhance the future of themselves and their families, while improving their school and community.
Raised in Latin America, I am fluent in English and Spanish and bring a deep understanding of culturally and linguistically diverse students. I have a Masters of Education in Teaching Culturally Linguistic and Diverse Students from Georgia Southern University and hold certification in English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and as a professional interpreter in education from The University of Georgia.
I have served on school leadership teams and partnered with businesses and nonprofits to strengthen school-community connections. I have also presented at conferences including FLAG, SREB, GATESOL, TESOL, and Latin Leadership throughout the Southeast.
I continue to partner with schools and districts to support meaningful, lasting instructional impact.
